This article sets out steps on how to update the POE completed or Assessment date entered by the student on the POE.
- Click on Reports menu item and then POE completed date:
- Each line in the report represents a single POE in the system
- To update the Assessment date, click on the created date in the second column
- The enrollment unit standard assessment entry will open.
- Open the file (which is the POE scanned in)
- Observe the date entered by the student on the POE
- Go back to the Enrollment unit standard assessment and click on the edit button:
- Enter the Assessment Date and click on the save button.
- Repeat this process for all assessments that needs to be updated
