This article sets out steps on how to update the POE completed or Assessment date entered by the student on the POE.

  • Click on Reports menu item and then POE completed date:

  • Each line in the report represents a single POE in the system
  • To update the Assessment date, click on the created date in the second column  

  • The enrollment unit standard assessment entry will open. 

  • Open the file (which is the POE scanned in)

  • Observe the date entered by the student on the POE

  • Go back to the Enrollment unit standard assessment and click on the edit button:

  • Enter the Assessment Date and click on the save button.

  • Repeat this process for all assessments that needs to be updated
