In this Solution Article, we will guide you and explain how student payments works.

Description: student payments holds all the records of payments made by the student.

  • On the Main Menu select Student then click on Students.

  • An overview of existing student will appear.
  • Click on the  arrow to open one student and view their payments.

  • An overall record of the student will appear. To go on the payment record click on  button at the top of the page.
  • The button will scroll the page down to Student Payments.

  • To Create a new student payment, click on  button and fill out all the fields on the form that will appear.

  • To view an existing record, if any, click on  to view the saved record.
